With over ten years of regulatory government and compliance experience, businesses have leaned on Rebekah’s expertise to guide them through the evolving complexities of maintaining control over brand identity, implementing KYC, and delivering trusted communications in a changing ecosystem.
Rebekah is an elected member of the Board of Directors of ATIS, member of the IP-NNI Task Force, and participated on the FCC Hospital Robocall Protection Group. Prior to founding Numeracle, Rebekah served on the FCC’s Robocall Strike Force on behalf of the Empowering Consumer Choice Working Group.

Responsible for product leadership, strategy, and innovation, Anis has over twenty years of experience in enterprise communications, building and launching several software-as-a-service products and solutions.
As an engineer, Anis joined Lucent’s Bell Laboratories in developing voice communications platforms, working internationally. Through his participation in the ATIS IP-NNI Task Force, Anis’s efforts are focused on evaluating new technologies and building innovative products at Numeracle that restore trust in communications.

Mary Clark, with over three decades of expertise in mobile, telecom, and technology sectors, specializes in the launch and market penetration of SaaS and PaaS solutions. Her portfolio includes pioneering new market segments, brand development, mergers and acquisitions, and formulating and executing strategies for growth.
Before her role at Numeracle, where she leads efforts to innovate and expand market reach for communication solutions, Mary was the Chief Marketing Officer at Brivo, focusing on cloud-based access control innovations. Her career also encompasses leadership positions such as Chief Product Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at Synchronoss, and Chief Marketing Officer at Syniverse, where she was instrumental in advancing mobile-cloud services and telecommunications solutions.
Dedicated to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion, Mary has been the moderator of the GSMA Diversity4Tech Summit since 2016. She also contributes her expertise as an advisor to Lynk Global, Astra Capital Management, and serves on the board of Communication Technology Services. Mary's commitment to the technology sector is further exemplified by her role as an Executive in Residence at Progress Partners.

With over two decades of experience as a leading telecommunications attorney and robocall policy expert, Keith focuses on ensuring the global regulatory environment recognizes the threat to legal communications posed by the world’s fight against illegal robocalls and texting. Keith brings experience as an attorney at the FCC, regulatory counsel for a leading global communications provider, and an in-house attorney for two of the largest carriers in the US.
For a leading global carrier, Keith was responsible for STIR/SHAKEN regulatory policy and global robocall mitigation efforts, and at two of the major US-based wireless carriers, he was the subject-matter expert on robocall policy. Keith has been an effective advocate at the FCC and Capitol Hill on a broad array of telecommunications subjects. He acted as a representative with USTelecom’s Robocall Working Group during the creation of the Industry Traceback Group, on the FCC’s Robocall Strike Force while leading policy efforts with CTIA on robocall issues, and worked with state attorneys general to prevent illegal robocalls.

As a seasoned call center executive with experience in senior positions at S&P Data and Comcast Cable and a successful career spanning over 30+ years, Joe works closely with clients to understand their unique challenges in the current communications ecosystem. His expertise drives business development, client services, and success management to increase the effectiveness of their call center operations.
While at Numeracle, he has worked closely with all of our clients to ensure their investment in Numeracle's solution remains worthwhile. Joe has developed his specialized customer support team to ensure every Numeracle customer is well attended to at all times. Barry Bader leads Numeracle’s sales organization with a hands-on, execution-driven approach backed by more than two decades of enterprise sales leadership in the telecommunications industry. He is known for building and mentoring high-performing teams, recruiting strong talent, and creating a customer-first culture focused on new customer acquisition, sales enablement, and long-term retention.
Before joining Numeracle, Barry held senior leadership roles at Comcast Business, including Vice President of Sales, where he led large regional organizations and delivered consistent revenue growth across business services, following earlier sales leadership roles at One Communications. Barry brings a people-centric leadership style, operational rigor, and a commitment to ensuring customers receive exceptional partnership and support throughout their lifecycle.

Prashant Kavirala leads Numeracle India's Development & Operations, responsible for overall management of the Product Engineering team including Program Management, People and Information Security Management. Prashant has over two decades of experience in Customer Experience Management and a strong background in Project, Program & Operations Management, Governance, Risk & Compliance in the IT Industry. He is a a strong believer in leveraging technology as an enabler to conceptualize and build solutions that contribute to business success, and a passionate learner with diverse interests.
He possesses a distinct blend of experience with startups and large organizations, infusing an entrepreneurial approach in all his leadership roles. He has extensive experience in multiple decision-making roles in establishing new business lines, project delivery and development, transformation programs, technology roadmaps, cybersecurity and information security , business process optimization, and operational excellence. Prashant has served customers across continents and cultures, including India, the USA, Europe, Singapore, the UK, Japan, and the Middle East, executing large-scale infrastructure projects, managing geographically dispersed teams and delivering to global clients.

An experienced marketing leader working in the communications, digital media, and technology industries, Molly has crafted Numeracle’s voice. Before her time with Numeracle, Molly served as Head of Worldwide Marketing for API Technologies Corp. She is highly skilled in all phases of marketing campaign development and execution, strategic business planning, branding and identity, team development, lead generation, web development, SEO, email marketing and automation, media/PR, ad campaign promotion, and content creation.

Brett Nemeroff is a renowned VoIP expert with over 20 years of experience in the telecom space, takes viewers on a critical and enlightening journey through the evolution of caller ID technology. His expertise shines as he challenges the common belief that STIR/SHAKEN technology is a panacea for the issue of number spoofing, a belief that has grown dangerously prevalent in the modern era of telecommunications.
Brett’s talents as Numeracle’s VP of Engineering lies his abilities to architect and implement cost-effective telecommunications networks for the delivery of voice, video and high speed data. His experience covers a broad range of needs from TCP/IP networking, fiber optic networks, integrated billing and provisioning systems, to high volume custom VoIP software development. Brett is a programmer whose work is interested in pairing technologies with business needs and evaluating market strategies as they relate to available technologies.

With over 25 years working in telecommunications, Sam has experience with nearly every aspect of the industry from deep technical knowledge of voice and data networks, product development, operational excellence, partner and vendor management, regulatory matters, and customer engagement. At Numeracle he is focused on strategic initiatives and alliances with leading industry players around the world. Sam works with carriers, service providers, communications platforms, and large enterprises globally to foster the development of robust trust and identity systems.
Prior to Numeracle, Sam worked for a decade as a Principal Tech Business Developer for Amazon Web Services primarily on the Amazon Chime product. Before that he was a Telephone Network Architect at Microsoft and Tellme Networks. He has a Bachelor of Science in History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a focus on the history of telephone networks.

Pierce’s voice has been influential in shaping the standards, architecture, and deployment of technologies critical to the continuous advancement of the telecommunications industry. He most recently served as Principal Engineer of Systems Architecture at T-Mobile, responsible for voice architecture development for VoIP robocalling protection and STIR/SHAKEN call authentication design and standards development. During his 30-year tenure at Sprint in senior design roles, he drove cooperative development and implementation of next-generation voice and VoIP signaling, routing, and services architecture.
Pierce’s contributions to the industry also include membership in four ATIS working groups, all three of the FCC's North American Number Council (NANC) Call Authentication Trust Anchor (CATA) working groups, the Secure Telephone Identity (STI) Governance Authority (GA) Technical Committee as the representative from T-Mobile, and the Cellular Telecommunications and Internet Association (CTIA) Technical Committee in support of the Registered Caller branded calling initiative. He has also actively participated in the US Telecom Association (USTA) Industry Traceback Group (ITG), SIP Interconnection Working Group hosted by NTCA, and the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) Secure Telephone Identity Revisited (STIR) working group.

Natalie Laferriere is Numeracle’s Director of Client Engagement, bringing 20 years of Contact Center Industry experience. Since joining in 2020, she’s been instrumental in keeping Numeracle’s platform running at peak performance.
Starting her career as a Contact Center Agent, Natalie advanced through roles including Team Leader, Supervisor, Operations Manager, and consultant, with 13 years overseeing Canadian operations and revitalizing customer service departments.
Known for her passion for process redesign and hands-on support, Natalie pairs deep operational expertise with a commitment to continuous improvement. Her leadership and strategic vision remain key drivers of Numeracle’s client success and growth.
