Numeracle to Host Master Class Series at the 2023 Call & Contact Center Expo in Las Vegas

McLean, VA., Apr. 24, 2023 – Numeracle™ Inc. (“Numeracle” or the “Company”), the pioneer of Verified Identity™ and Entity Identity Management™ for communications, today announced the debut of a series of Master Classes entitled “Removing the Boundaries to Better Connectivity with Identity,” to be presented live at the Call & Contact Center Expo this week in Las Vegas.

The four courses in this Master Class series will each focus on a specific aspect of identity management in communications and its role in improving the success of business-to-consumer interactions. Courses include:

  • SPAM: "An American Meat Icon" or The Way Your Calls Are Being Delivered Right Now – presented by Samantha Hofer, Enterprise Sales Executive, Numeracle, and Caleb Hymel, Enterprise Sales Executive, Numeracle

  • Best Practices for Dialing Strategies, Contact Strategy, and Campaign Success – presented by Frank Pettinato, CEO, Avantive Solutions, and Sarah Delphey, VP of Trust Solutions, Numeracle
  • Identity: The Key to Owning Brand Reputation and Caller Identity – presented by Sarah Delphey, VP of Trust Solutions, Numeracle
