The FCC has issued cease and desist letters to two more voice service providers, SIPphony LLC and Vultik, Inc., to stop their facilitation of illegal robocall traffic identified. The warnings tell these voice service providers to end their apparent support of illegal robocall traffic or face serious consequences.
