We've made great progress in the last couple of weeks updating the call intent fields associated with your registered phone numbers per request.As the result, we have received limited reports of calls continuing to be displayed with inaccurate intent labels (i.e Telemarketing).
While we can remediate reputation labeling (Spam, Scam, etc.), the carriers do not offer remediation of call intent.To prevent inaccurate intent labeling display, we recommend confirming the intents associated with your registered numbers are correctly identified. The likelihood of intent labeling displayed can also be reduced by contacting your originating service provider and requesting a CNAM update for the number in question.
