  • Enterprise that conducts outbound calling, ideally with 30 phone numbers or more; sweet spot = 250 numbers or more
  • Contact rates are going down and numbers are possibly (or definitely) displaying as Spam or Scam
  • Interested in displaying a business caller ID name to customers on wireless devices
  • Calls consumers who are using U.S. mobile/cell phones (as opposed to calls terminating on landlines)

Business Process Outsourcing

  • Represents brands who call consumers who are using U.S. mobile/cell phones (as opposed to calls terminating on landlines)
  • Brands represented are seeing declines in contact rates and/or increases in calls being delivered with Spam labeling or incorrect (or missing) caller ID names
